New Podcast Announcement!
Snap Out of It!
I am so pleased to announce that I am launching my very own podcast: Snap Out of It! The Mental Illness in the Workplace Podcast with Natasha Tracy. It's at snapoutofitpodcast.com (and is available through the "podcast" link on my site's main menu).
This is a podcast with a unique focus. This podcast focuses on the 1-in-5 people with a mental illness, not the 5-in-5 people who have mental health. That’s right, we’re focused on the tips and tools that will help people with mental illness and those around them.
This podcast is for:
Those in Human Resources looking to improve the health of those with mental illness
Managers looking to work with those with mental illness more successfully
Workers looking to improve their workplace for those with mental illness
Anyone looking to improve company culture and morale
Anyone with a mental illness who wants to understand their place in the workforce
In short, if someone in your office has a mental illness — and if you work with more than four people, it does — then this podcast is for you.
This podcast livestreams across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook on Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
A recording of each episode will be available three days after the live air date across all the regular podcast directories like Spotify and iTunes.
