Insta-Instagram August 18, 2022 "So often, people in distress don't want to reach out because they think it makes them seem weak. But exactly the opposite is true. It shows incredible strength to realize that something is wrong, admit to it, and take action to deal with it. Those steps are hard and taking them requires tenacity, and yes, that shows both courage and strength. "So, please, if you aren't well, reach out. In the US, it's never been easier — now you just dial 988 for help. "Remember, you don't have to be suicidal to call. They can help you with any kind of distress. "Be strong. Reach out. Feel better. "You can do it" August's Final Words That's it for now,
folks; I'll catch up with you again in September. Until then, please keep safe and get vaccinated/boosted as soon as you can. Remember, 1000s of people are still dying of COVID every day — don't be one of them. And maybe spare a thought for the people in Ukraine and Russia right now. Their lives continue to be destroyed by a madman. Finally, please pay attention to the January 6th hearings (returning next month). I suspect the tide is turning on a more local madman. Finally, here's an August quote you might enjoy: “May the wind of August, lift you up, elevate you and blow you in the right direction” — De philosopher DJ Kyos
