"Is exhausted hypomania a thing? Is it possible to feel physically exhausted and psychologically hypomanic? Can you feel driven to do and think everything and yet feel extremely tired too? On top of that, can you be too hypomanic to sleep in spite of your exhaustion?

I don't know. Clinically, this doesn't reflect what's in the DSM. Hypomania is supposed to come with energy. It's not supposed to just happen in your brain, but in your body too.

Now, it's possible that I have this experience because I have two additional diagnoses that come with fatigue and really, these illnesses are all just battling for supremacy in my body.

But, I was curious, does anyone else have this experience? (Sometimes I also think of it as wired and tired.)"
