December's Final Words (x 2)

Winter is in full swing, but it's never too late to protect your health with COVID and flu shots. Remember, people with bipolar disorder are at a higher risk of getting COVID and of having worse outcomes.

As for me, this is one of the few Christmas times that I'm actually looking forward to. There will be food, gifts, and lights: what more could I ask for?
