Writing a Book About Bipolar and Depression Almost Killed Me -- Yes, while I'm thrilled to have a published book, writing it, editing it and designing it was not without issue.
The Underside of Bipolar Rapid Cycling Moods -- I learned far too much about ultradian cycling / mixed moods while writing the book.
Depression -- I Can't Enjoy the Good Things -- Even though things are really great for me right now, it's really tough to enjoy any of it.
When Bipolar Medication Makes You Seem Less Intelligent -- Because of the trouble I've been having with my mood, I've had to pile on the medication to fight back. I find this makes me feel, and perhaps seem, less intelligent.
