A Podcast on Bipolar Coping Skills and Bipolar and Spirituality

I recently did the Waking Up Bipolar podcast with Chris Cole. This was a very interesting podcast because not only did we delve into living with bipolar disorder and bipolar coping skills, but we also talked about the intersection between bipolar disorder and spirituality.

It was a lot of fun to do and I thank Chris Cole for the opportunity. Check the podcast out here.

Lost Marbles Book -- 10% Off at Amazon

Lost Marbles: Insights into My Life with Depression & Bipolar now has 44 reviews and 96% of people rate the book four or five stars. Check out this recent review:

"Natasha is absolutely amazing. She has a gift in being able to describe how it feels. I have read the book twice and book twice and I feel like nobody put into words how I have felt.....but I do now. Everyone with any involvement about her topics should read how it feels. Natasha, you go girl! I can't wait for your next book!"
