Two Opportunities to Get All Your Questions Answered on World Bipolar Day -- This Monday!
I am participating in two Instagram Live sessions on Monday, March 30, World Bipolar Day. Both sessions are through the @HealthyPlace account and will allow you to actively participate and get any questions you may have answered. The two sessions are:

- Monday, March 30th at 6:00 P.M. Eastern (3:00 P.M. Pacific) -- I'll be interviewing the Bipolar Señorita, Dailyn Santana. We'll be talking be talking with her about bipolar stigma in the Hispanic community, her experiences dealing with that and what she’s doing to eradicate it. She'll be taking audience questions, too.
Remember, both sessions are through the @HealthyPlace Instagram account. Join me there at one or both times! I look forward to your questions and feedback.

"Some people are focusing on, often unrealistic, positive things right now. This is okay when it works for you, but if it doesn't, please don't beat yourself up. It's okay to admit that what you're going through -- what we're all going through -- is really shitty right now. That's reality. You may have very strong negative feelings about it, and it's okay to admit this. Don't beat yourself up for not seeing a sunny side in the darkness.
That said, remember this: the sun will shine again. Social isolation won't last forever. This pandemic will recede. Out lives will get back to normal at some point. Don't beat yourself up for not feeling sunny, but don't forget that it won't always be so dark."
'Lost Marbles' Reviews
I'm pleased to say I now have 197 reviews between GoodReads and Amazon. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to write their thoughts. The average review is about 4.5 stars out of 5!
Truly Understanding How It Feels -- Remarkable "I do not suffer from Depression or Bipolar Disease, and I've struggled to know how it feels for my friends who do. Natasha's way with words brought me into her world in a way that felt like an epiphany. It's a combination of compelling writing and been-there-survived that advice for others who battle these diseases - and it's a must read."
If you've had a chance to read Lost Marbles, I would love it if you would leave a review on Amazon or Goodreads. Thanks, I appreciate it.
March's Final Words
That's it for now folks; I'll catch up with you again in April. Stay well. Wash your hands and stay home if you can. Hopefully by April, we'll all be seeing more of each other face to face.
"In March, winter is holding back and spring is pulling forward. Something holds and something pulls inside of us too."
