The first two webinars held in June were very popular. If you missed them, they were on bipolar disorder diagnosis and rapid cycling bipolar disorder. These will be scheduled again in the future, so keep an eye out for them.
This new bipolar depression webinar is 90 minutes long, includes coping strategies and has time allotted for live Q and A.
- July 7: Get Real 3: What Depression in Bipolar Is Really Like and How to Handle It -- Bipolar depression is harrowing and disabling. Learn the ins and outs of bipolar depression, understand yourself better, and upgrade your depression coping skills. Click here to
learn more and register.
Registration is available now. Spots in this one are filling up!
How a Person with Bipolar Thinks Webinar
I wrote a very popular piece on how people with bipolar think years ago, so I decided bipolar thought processes was a great topic for a webinar. This webinar focuses on the cognitive distortions common in those with bipolar disorder.
This webinar is 90 minutes long and has time allotted for live Q and A.
- July 16: Get Real 4: How a Person with Bipolar Thinks -- Cognitive Distortions -- Learn about how people with bipolar think, including the errors in thinking (cognitive distortions) that are common in bipolar disorder. Click here to learn more and register.

"Chef @adrianforte may not have bipolar disorder, but I dare say he had an experience that relates. In his case, it was from extreme stress. In the case of a person with bipolar disorder, it could be because it's a Wednesday. Either way, I love this idea and am now, formally, stealing it."
'Lost Marbles' Reviews
I'm pleased to say I now have 210 reviews between GoodReads and Amazon. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to write their thoughts. The average review is about 4.5 stars out of 5!
"I’ve followed Natasha Tracey for many years and this book is by far the best I’ve read on mental health issues. It’s very ‘to the point’ and I feel very validated by her description of the ‘feelings’ we experience being unwell. I’ve just recently had a new diagnosis of bipolar disorder and I’m still struggling to come to terms with that. However Natasha Traceys account has helped me so much.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️"
If you've had a chance to read Lost Marbles, I would love it if you would leave a review on Amazon or Goodreads. Thanks, I appreciate it.
July's Final Words
That's it for now folks; I'll catch up with you again in August. Wash your hands. Wear a mask. Stay home if you can. Remember, the pandemic is not over and, indeed, is getting worse in some places. I know we're all tired of the measures needed to keep up safety, but we need to stay vigilant to stay well and protect everyone around us because that's what really
matters.
Here's a cute July quote for you today:
“July is a blind date with summer.”
